Awards Season.
May I suggest LA’s Rock Alternative 98.7 for whatever award is awarded to playing relevant amazing music. They inspire more than the grammy’s. Listen up Los Angeles, there’s a new song. Better tune in. No matter where you go there they are. #epicradio

Tahlia at wo-nder-land asked that I write a song about traveling to Wonderland. I did go there, once, and then I wrote this. — Kavalier Calm
Alice Is My Wonderland
I’m going to begin at the beginning
and go on till I come to the end: then stop.
I thought love had gone the way of the Dodo;
there was no winning the chase—oh, no.
But her potion begged: “DRINK ME”,
and now I fit in the door to her heart like a key.
Oh, Alice is my Wonderland.
Lonely hatters and hares drink mad tea;
some speak in riddles, and others fall asleep.
And I don’t know how a raven is like a writing desk,
but I know she paints my roses red.
REFRAIN
I can’t go back to yesterday before I met her;
I was a different boy when I fell in this rabbit hole.
Which way I ought to go depends on where I want to get to.
Well, wherever Alice is is where I want to go.
Curiouser like a grin without a cat.
The Queen yells, “Off with his head!”—but where’s it at?
I’m late, I’m late, for a very important date.
I hope I won’t live a mock turtle’s fate.
REFRAIN
I give myself good advice, but never follow it!
A mile high above the court—she is dismissed.
Like smoke from a hookah or the Queen of Hearts’ tarts,
she’s good and guilty of stealing my heart!

It’s better to hurt than to feel nothing at all. The opposite of love is indifference.

I’m going to put this back on my dash for reasons.
